At Moccasins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn moccasins back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
